We were fortunate to participate in this year's summer solstice event hosted by Idolem Hot Yoga Chaud Centropolis!

 

The summer solstice is Idolem's annual event celebrating International Yoga Day. Taking place in the Centropolis Centre Square, free outdoor yoga and kickboxing classes were held for all to join. 

 

We had the opportunity to showcase our MIND mission and dedication to promoting positive mental health. At our booth, we provided valuable information about mental health resources and advocacy efforts available in the Greater Montreal Area.

 

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Idolem for inviting us to be a part of their spectacular event, and are grateful to everyone who took the time to engage in meaningful conversations with us!
