MIND x Idolem Hot Yoga Fundraiser for Mental Health 

We are excited to be hosting our second Hot Yoga Fundraiser for Mental Health in collaboration with Idolem Hot Yoga Chaud Centropolis, exactly one year later!

Join us on May 10th for an uplifting hot yoga class from 3:15 to 4:15 PM.

After class, enjoy refreshing juices and delicious snacks generously provided by our sponsors—connect, relax, and recharge with the community.

Tickets are $40 + tax, and all net proceeds will directly support mental health research.
